No physical shipping

Sleepy Manager sells digital services only. Nothing is shipped by post or courier.

How you receive what you buy

Free check results are shown on screen and emailed to you straight away.

Paid reports are emailed to the address you give at checkout, as a private link you can open, print or save as a PDF. Most reports are delivered within 1 hour, and always within 24 hours of payment.

Questions about a report are answered in writing, by email or WhatsApp, within 1 working day. We don’t do phone calls.

If you don't receive it

Check your spam folder first. If it isn't there within 24 hours, write to hello@sleepymanager.com with your payment reference and we will resend it or refund you in full.
