If your report can’t be produced (for example, the AI services fail or your business can’t be found), we refund you in full within 7 working days.
If you’re not happy
If your report has a mistake, tell us within 7 days at hello@example.com and we will correct it or refund you.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay. Banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the money.
